Full benefits are accessible only after signing up with email address or using Google sign-in.

Benefits from merchants may vary, including but not limited to discounts, access to premium products
or services, and coupons.

Users are free to terminate the use of the card without any restriction, additional terms, or fees.

Users can edit merchants' rights on their data through the Management panel at any time.
4.2. Administrative Actions:
Users remain administrators of their data and can manage it through the Management panel. Any administrative
action is applied to the merchant right away.

It is strictly prohibited to decompile or modify the virtual card and its data or software in any way.

services, and loyalty benefits offered, distributed, or sold by merchants.

9. Merchant Interaction
9.1. No Direct Access:
Merchants have no direct access to users' personal data but have functionality to reach out to users
without knowing any personal data.

Users' personal data like name, last name, and email is securely saved in the system.
9.3. Post-Account Deletion:
After a user deletes their account, the merchant loses access to the system's functionality of reaching
out to the user.
10. Card Issuance and Identification Process
10.1. Issuance:
- To issue a new card, users must scan the QR code with their phone through various mediums.
10.2. Identification:
- To avail benefits, users must be identified at the merchant's point of sale (POS). During identification,
users are not required to share any personal data other than the card's ID.
10.3. Identification Methods:
- Identification methods include presenting a QR code, using NFC, or scanning the QR code with a POS
scanner, by phone, or using an installed NFC reader at the merchant's POS.
11. Right to Delete
11.1. Virtual Card and Loyalty Program Access:
- Oren LT, MB reserves the right to delete a user's virtual card or access to a merchant's loyalty program
with upfront notice.
